ESIC - Demand and meeting of Ministers, MP and MLAs at BBSR

Yesterday , there was a pre-ESIC Governing Body meeting held at Bhubaneshwar. This includes the participants from 3 Trade Union Leaders including Bishnu Mohanty and other key personalities like Sibaji Patnaik, Subrat Tarai ( MLA , BJD ), Sharada Nayak ( Rourkela MLA ) , Pushpendra Singhdeo ( Labour Minister, Odisha ) , ESIC Director, Odisha ( Mrs. Sharma ) and Shri Hemananda Biswal ( MP , Sundergarh constituency ) .

All unanimously agreed and demanded that Rourkela is the best place for ESIC Medical College and Hospital.

Everybody suggested Shri Hemananda has to play an important role and he can only get something done at Center for its permission to change the location for ESIC. Shri Hemananda has assured his cooperation in this regarding and said he has already done quite few work during his recent New Delhi visit.
